Our next 2-day Men’s Meditation Workshop is on June 6th -7th 2025.
The structured two-day program includes meditation-focused masterclasses and group-work, guided mindfulness and meditation exercises, as well as an opportunity to connect with like-minded men.
Participants will:
Take time away to help reset the mind and nervous system
Dive deep into the meditative process and focus on experiencing greater clarity, peace, and fulfilment
Have an opportunity to learn and be initiated into more advanced mindfulness and meditation practices
Learn how to find fulfilment in each moment, regardless of one’s life circumstances
Network and connect with a group of like-minded men
Be invited to join an ongoing bi-monthly in-person meditation group facilitated in the local area
Workshop Dates: Saturday June 6th (9am to 5pm) to Sunday June 7th (11am to 5pm)
Location: Sun Shala, Byron Bay Yoga Centre, Byron Bay
Program Cost:
$250 for 2-day program (includes a delicious and healthy lunch on Saturday and Sunday)
Facilitators: Gerry Bronn, Mike Vaccaro, and Ross Adams
Gerry Bronn is a clinical and coaching psychologist who has extensive experience in the personal development and transformational space. He supports men to heal, transform, and awaken through his work in individual sessions, men's circles, workshops, and men's retreats.
Mike is a men’s coach, relationship therapist, and mindfulness facilitator. Combining clinical expertise with mindfulness-based approaches, he supports individuals in finding peace, purpose, and fulfilment through personalised coaching, therapy sessions, and transformative men’s circles.
Ross Adams is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, who has been dedicated to hosting retreats at Byron Yoga Centre for more than 10 years. Ross also facilitates men’s meditation circles, and is committed to walking together with others on this path of insight, leading towards greater freedom and peace.
